Plan a repeat order
Business ordering
Use a previous project as a starting point and confirm the details for the new order. Keep the product specification and approved artwork together so changes are easy to identify.
Identify the original
Provide an order reference if you have one, along with the product name and the artwork version. Include the dimensions, material, print sides, finish and any hardware required.
Separate unchanged details from updates
List quantity changes, revised text, new destinations and any change in deadline. Check dates and contact information before requesting an exact repeat.
Confirm the new order
Availability, manufacturing options and pricing can change between orders. Request confirmation of the current configuration and total before treating a previous quote or delivery schedule as applicable.
Include in your request
- Previous order or project reference
- Product configuration and approved artwork copy
- New quantity and delivery postal code
- Changes needed and requested date
Before you proceed
Prior artwork retrieval, material availability, current pricing and delivery timing must be confirmed. A repeat-order inquiry does not place an order.
