Shipping policy

Effective October 31, 2026.

Ordering: Available standard configurations can be ordered online. Custom sizes, unavailable configurations and destinations outside our online shipping area require a confirmed quote before payment. A quote request is not an order and does not authorize a charge.

Shipping rates and destinations

Standard shipping is $19.99 per order to street addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. Product prices exclude shipping and applicable sales tax. Checkout displays shipping, tax and the final total before payment. The standard rate applies to the complete online order, including orders shipped in multiple parcels.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, PO boxes and international destinations are not supported by our online standard shipping service. Contact us for availability and a separate quote before ordering to these destinations. Priority service and special delivery requirements are available only by a confirmed quote; they are not added automatically.

Production time and carrier transit time are separate. Custom work requires usable artwork and approval of the relevant proof before production. An expedited carrier service speeds up transit; it does not remove production or approval time. A delivery estimate is not an event-date guarantee. Tell us about a deadline before ordering so we can confirm whether it can be met.

Paid priority shipping is optional where available. Its additional price and estimated timing will be stated in your quote before payment; it is never added automatically. For custom sizes, special destinations or a required arrival date, request a quote before purchase. Items in one order may arrive separately. Tracking is provided when available; creation of a shipping label does not mean the carrier has received the parcel.

We will use a reasonable basis for any shipment timeframe we offer. If we cannot ship within the applicable promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide the legally required choice to accept a delay or cancel the affected unshipped items for a prompt refund. If we cannot fulfill the affected items, we will cancel and refund them as required by law. We do not charge an undisclosed shipping surcharge after payment without your agreement.

Check the delivery address before submitting an order. Contact us immediately about an error. If a correction or reshipment incurs an additional charge because the address supplied was incorrect, we will explain it and obtain your agreement before proceeding. The shipping charge applies to the original accepted delivery address. For a missing or damaged parcel, contact support promptly and retain packaging. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by the order terms and applicable law.

Production and dispatch locations

Products may be produced and dispatched from locations within or outside the United States, depending on the item and production availability. Our business mailing address is not a production facility or customer pickup location. Ask us before accepting a quote if the production country or dispatch location is important to your project. We will confirm the applicable information before you pay.
