Current ordering: We are accepting quote requests. A quote request is not an order and does not authorize a charge. Product estimates must be confirmed for the exact configuration, artwork, availability and shipping destination before we accept payment.
Terms of sale and website use
These terms govern purchases from 7 Days Liquidation LLC, operator of Cheapest Banners, at cheapestbanners.com. Contact us at help@cheapestbanners.com or through our support page.
Prices are in US dollars unless explicitly stated otherwise. The order total identifies products, applicable shipping, taxes, and any disclosed charges. Per-item or per-pack prices may end in .99; quantities and order totals are calculated from those prices. Promotions apply only under their stated conditions and do not combine unless stated.
A custom-size estimate is an estimate for the selected configuration. If a requested size or specification is not feasible, or a material pricing or listing error is discovered, we will explain the proposed correction and ask for your acceptance before proceeding. You may decline a proposed price increase; if we cannot fulfill the accepted order, we will cancel and refund the affected unfulfilled items. We will not silently change the specification or charge your payment method more.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt. Custom production remains subject to artwork and configuration approval. Availability and quantities can be limited. We may decline an unlawful order or an order we cannot fulfill, subject to applicable refund obligations.
Use the website lawfully. Do not submit content you do not have rights to reproduce, harmful code, fraudulent payment information, or instructions for unlawful activity. We may refuse prohibited content and explain how any unfulfilled payment will be handled. Keep account access secure and contact us promptly about unauthorized activity.
Our return and refund policy, the artwork terms below, our shipping policy, and our privacy policy form part of these terms. Any product-specific commitments disclosed and accepted at purchase also apply. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude indirect or consequential business losses such as lost profits from a missed event, and limit liability for an affected purchase to the amount paid for that purchase. These limits do not exclude liability or consumer remedies that the law does not permit us to exclude, or liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.
Future updates apply prospectively and do not remove the terms or rights applicable to an existing order. Contact support first so we can work toward resolving a concern. Nothing in these terms prevents a lawful complaint, payment dispute, or access to a court or other remedy available under applicable law.
Artwork, proof approval and cancellations
You are responsible for having permission to reproduce the text, logos, photos, and other content you submit. You give Cheapest Banners the limited permission needed to review, reproduce, and fulfill that content for your order. We do not acquire ownership of your artwork or permission to use it in advertising merely because you ordered.
For custom print work, production requires approval of the relevant proof and configuration. Review spelling, layout, orientation, dimensions, quantities, print sides, materials, finishes, and included hardware. Approve only the current proof revision. An online preview or file upload alone is not proof approval.
If you request a change, the affected items remain on hold until the revised proof and any price or delivery change are accepted. We do not treat silence as artwork approval. Missing artwork, unresolved questions, or requested revisions can change the schedule; we will communicate a revised shipment date and any cancellation rights that apply.
Request cancellation or a change as soon as possible. Before production starts, you may cancel the unproduced products for a refund. Separately purchased design services already completed are refundable only as stated in the service terms disclosed before purchase, or as required by law. After production starts, voluntary cancellation or alteration may no longer be possible. If a change is feasible, we will explain any additional charge and obtain your approval before proceeding.
These restrictions do not limit rights relating to delayed shipment, defective goods, misdescription, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
