Returns, replacements and refunds
We want your order to match the configuration and artwork you approved. If something is wrong, contact Cheapest Banners support with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Please report visible damage, missing items, or an incorrect item within seven calendar days of delivery so we can investigate promptly. This reporting request does not remove rights or remedies that applicable law provides, including for a defect that could not reasonably be discovered on arrival.
Custom printed and personalized items
Custom products are made for your order. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or free replacements for customer-approved spelling, artwork, dimensions, quantities, or other selections when the delivered product matches that approval. Check every proof and order detail carefully.
If we confirm a production error, shipping damage, or a material difference from your approved order, we will provide an appropriate remedy. Depending on the issue, this may be a correction, replacement, partial refund, or refund. We will not substitute store credit for a refund you are legally entitled to receive.
Standard products and accessories
For non-personalized items, our voluntary return policy covers incorrect, damaged, or defective goods. It does not include change-of-mind returns unless the product listing or a written offer expressly provides them. Any return rights required by law still apply.
Color, materials and care
A screen preview cannot reproduce every printed color, texture, or finish. Small expected differences are not automatically a defect. A specific color match, material tolerance, or installation requirement must be agreed in writing before production; this does not excuse a material error or a failure to meet an agreed specification. Damage caused by misuse, unsuitable installation, failure to follow care instructions, or ordinary wear is not a production defect.
Return instructions and refund processing
Contact us before returning anything. Keep the product and packaging until we give instructions; do not send goods to an address on a parcel without authorization. If a return is needed for a confirmed error on our part, we will arrange or cover reasonable return shipping. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible, within the period required by applicable law. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
Artwork, proof approval and cancellations
You are responsible for having permission to reproduce the text, logos, photos, and other content you submit. You give Cheapest Banners the limited permission needed to review, reproduce, and fulfill that content for your order. We do not acquire ownership of your artwork or permission to use it in advertising merely because you ordered.
For custom print work, production requires approval of the relevant proof and configuration. Review spelling, layout, orientation, dimensions, quantities, print sides, materials, finishes, and included hardware. Approve only the current proof revision. An online preview or file upload alone is not proof approval.
If you request a change, the affected items remain on hold until the revised proof and any price or delivery change are accepted. We do not treat silence as artwork approval. Missing artwork, unresolved questions, or requested revisions can change the schedule; we will communicate a revised shipment date and any cancellation rights that apply.
Request cancellation or a change as soon as possible. Before production starts, you may cancel the unproduced products for a refund. Separately purchased design services already completed are refundable only as stated in the service terms disclosed before purchase, or as required by law. After production starts, voluntary cancellation or alteration may no longer be possible. If a change is feasible, we will explain any additional charge and obtain your approval before proceeding.
These restrictions do not limit rights relating to delayed shipment, defective goods, misdescription, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
