Review your print proof
Artwork services
Use a proof to review the intended layout before authorizing production. Request a proof with your order or quote and identify who will provide the final approval.
Check the details
Read every line of text and confirm names, dates, phone numbers and web addresses. Check the final dimensions, orientation, print sides and the placement of important content near edges, hems, pockets or mounting holes.
Review the full configuration
Confirm the product, material and finish alongside the artwork. On two-sided products, label the front and back clearly. For a display system, check that the graphic dimensions match the selected hardware.
Understand the preview
A screen preview helps assess layout, but screen settings and materials can affect perceived color. Include any color reference that needs review and ask what kind of physical sample is available when color matching is essential.
Include in your request
- Product or order reference
- Requested proof and artwork version
- A single consolidated list of changes
- Approver name and any timing constraints
Before you proceed
Confirm proof availability, any charges, approval method and production timing. Keep a copy of the final approved version with your project records.
