Keep and reuse your designs

Keep your print projects organized in My designs. Sign in to save a project to your account and return to it later.

Save and reopen

Use Save to My designs in the Design Studio and wait for confirmation before leaving. Open My designs in the same account and choose Edit design to continue. Save again after making changes. Keep a downloaded editable project file as an additional copy.

Make another version

Use Duplicate to create a separate copy, Rename to label a project, or Download editable file to keep it on your device. Move to Trash removes a project from the active library. Use the Trash view to review the recovery options shown for that project.

Submitted artwork stays separate

A saved design is a working project. Submitted artwork preserves the files and specifications supplied with that submission. Editing or deleting a saved project does not revise an existing order or approve a proof. For order changes, contact support and identify the order and revision you want to change.

Before printing

Check the selected product, finished dimensions, print sides, quantities, hardware and finishing. Review and approve the correct proof revision before production. An editor preview or saved design alone is not print approval.
