Build a useful brief
Start with one main message and the action you want viewers to take. List the exact text, product dimensions, audience and viewing distance. For a multi-piece event setup, identify which elements should match across every item.
Gather your assets
Provide logo files, approved photography, brand colors and font names where available. Label any reference layout as inspiration and explain which features you like. Supply only assets you have permission to use.
Include in your request
- Product, size, quantity and requested date
- Final wording with names, dates and contact details
- Logo, brand guide and photo links
- Desired layout and the person who will approve the proof
