Choosing products and options

How do I find the right product?

Browse the product categories or use search to narrow the catalog. Open a product page to review its description and available selections. If you are comparing several products, include their names, intended use and dimensions in a quote request so the request describes the project you actually need.

Which price applies to my configuration?

For a verified priced configuration, use the total shown for your selected size, options and quantity. An Estimated total is a planning amount that needs final confirmation before payment. A price-difference badge compares a choice with your current selection; it is not a separate charge to add again. Review the selected configuration and cart line together, especially after changing materials, sides, finishing or quantity.

Why does an option or product say “Requires quote”?

That exact configuration does not have a confirmed price available in the configurator. A price shown for another size or finish does not cover it. Use Request a quote and include the option you want; a disabled choice is not added to the priced configuration simply because it appears on the page.

How do Popular sizes and Custom size work?

Popular sizes selects from supported size combinations. On dimensional products with a Custom size tab, enter width and height in the displayed unit. If that size and your other selections exactly match a supported priced configuration, the configurator selects it. For eligible banners without an exact priced match, it shows a labeled estimate based on verified configuration prices and print area. Your entered dimensions stay unchanged.

Will the site automatically calculate a price for any custom dimensions?

Eligible banner configurations show live estimates for custom dimensions, including intermediate sizes. Changing supported sides, material, finishing or quantity updates the estimated total and option differences. Estimates use available prices for the same configuration and normalize dimensions to feet; they are not guaranteed source quotes. Confirm estimate carries your dimensions, options and estimate into the quote form for final pricing and production review before payment. Products or options without enough usable pricing information still need a quote.

Why can a material or finishing choice be unavailable?

Options depend on the rest of the configuration. A finish may not have a supported priced combination with the current size, material or pack quantity. Review the other selected options and any change notice. If the combination you want remains unavailable or requires a quote, include the complete combination in your request.

How should I enter width, height and units?

Enter the intended finished width and height separately, and check the unit beside the fields. Feet and inches represent different measurements: for example, 5 feet is 60 inches. Keep the orientation you need when entering the pair. Review the displayed dimensions again before attaching artwork or requesting a quote.

Are stands, frames or other accessories included?

Check the specific product description and selected configuration for what is included. A picture of a complete display does not by itself establish which hardware comes with a print. If an inclusion is unclear, name the product and the required stand, frame or accessory in your quote request.

Does quantity mean individual pieces or packs?

Some configurations are sold in packs. When Quantity per pack is shown, it identifies the number of pieces in one pack; the order quantity counts packs. For example, a 10-piece pack with an order quantity of 2 represents 20 pieces. Review both values and the selected configuration before adding the item to your cart.

How do I request a larger quantity or several related products?

Use the available quantity and pack choices when they match your project. For a quantity or combination that is not priced, submit a quote request with the number of pieces, any pack requirement, each product and its dimensions. Include related items together when they are part of the same project; do not assume an automatic bulk discount.

Artwork and the Design Studio

Which artwork files can I attach to a product?

The product artwork uploader accepts PDF, PNG, JPG, SVG, AI, EPS, PSD and TIFF files, up to 20 MB. Use artwork prepared for the intended print dimensions, and check that the file you select is the final version you want associated with the configuration. See the artwork guidelines for preparation help.

Can I continue before my artwork is ready?

Where the product form offers “I’ll send artwork later,” you can select it instead of attaching a file at that point. The selection records that artwork is still to be supplied; it does not create or upload a file. You can also identify artwork as not ready when requesting a quote.

Why is my file not accepted?

Check the file format and size first. Product attachments support the listed print-artwork formats up to 20 MB, while image imports inside the Design Studio accept PNG, JPEG or WebP images and have their own size and resolution checks. Changing a filename extension does not convert the file. Follow the message shown next to the relevant upload control.

What can I do in the Design Studio?

The Design Studio lets you build a layout with text, graphics and imported images. You can select and move elements, adjust their appearance, work with layers, and use Undo and Redo while editing. Set and review the design dimensions before exporting; the editor is a layout tool, not a confirmation of a product configuration or production result.

How do I save an editable design?

Sign in and use Save to My designs in the Design Studio, then wait for the save confirmation. Find saved projects in My designs, where you can edit, duplicate, rename, download or move a project to Trash. Save again after making changes. You can also use Download design file to keep an editable copy on your device.

What is the difference between a design file and a PNG download?

Download design file keeps the project you can reopen for editing. Download PNG creates an image export of the layout. Keep the editable project if you may need to change text or move elements later; keeping only the PNG does not preserve those elements as an editable project.

How do I resume a saved design?

Sign in to the same account, open My designs and choose Edit design. To work from a downloaded project instead, open the Design Studio and choose Open design file. A PNG download is an image export, not an editable project file.

How does “Use artwork” work on the vinyl product page?

The inline vinyl editor uses the selected product dimensions. After preparing the design there, choose Use artwork to export and attach the generated image to that product configuration. Check the attachment and dimensions in the product form before adding it to your cart. Download an editable design file separately if you want to keep working on the layout later.

What happens if I change the size or design after attaching artwork?

An attached file can become out of date when the configuration or design changes. The form may clear the attachment or ask you to use the updated artwork again. Review the final size and options, then reattach the correct file or use the latest design before continuing. A previously attached image does not automatically become a new export of your edits.

Quotes, cart and account

What information should I include in a quote request?

Include the product or project, width and height with units, quantity, material, print sides, finishing and any hardware you need. The quote form also lets you describe the intended use, artwork status, delivery location and requested date. You can provide an optional shareable artwork link. Review the details before submitting so the request describes the complete configuration.

Why is Add to cart unavailable, or why is the form asking me to take another step?

Read the message beside the button and check the selected options, quantity and artwork status. The form may need a supported priced configuration, a valid file, an artwork-later selection, or an updated design export. A custom combination that requires a quote must use the quote route. Review any item added in your cart; preparing a configuration is not the same as placing an order.

Can I complete checkout now?

Yes, available standard configurations can be purchased online. Choose your options, upload artwork or select send artwork later, and review the cart before checkout. Standard shipping is $19.99 per order to street addresses in the contiguous U.S.; tax is additional. Custom sizes, unavailable configurations and other destinations require a quote. Adding an item to the cart does not place an order.

Can I specify a deadline or delivery destination?

Yes. Include your requested date, delivery country and ZIP or postal code in the quote form. These describe your project requirements; they are not a confirmed production or delivery schedule. A product preview, configured price or cart item does not by itself confirm a delivery date or a shipping charge.

Where do I look for an existing order?

Open My Cheapest Banners to see orders, tracking, submitted artwork and proofs associated with your sign-in. My designs contains projects you saved to your account. Submitted artwork is a separate snapshot: editing a saved design does not change artwork already submitted for an order or quote.

Can you dropship to my customer?

Select Dropship to my customer in the cart to request unbranded fulfillment. Add your business name and order reference if helpful, use your own email for order updates and enter your customer's delivery address at checkout. We review dropship requests before production. Required safety, carrier and customs markings may remain. Branded packing slips or custom sender labels need separate confirmation.
