An event booth works best when the printed pieces are planned as one setup. Make a checklist before ordering so the backdrop, counter graphics, table cover and directional signs support the same message and fit the assigned space.
Confirm the footprint
Record the booth width, depth and any height restrictions. Check the venue’s rules for structures, hanging displays, placement and installation. Mark entrances, power access and storage needs on a simple plan. Include space for people to move and for staff to stand behind the display.
Give each graphic a job
Use the main backdrop to establish who you are and what visitors should remember. Reserve a smaller sign or counter panel for details that need closer reading. Keep logos, colors and wording consistent, while adjusting the layout to the shape of each product.
- List each product, its dimensions and quantity.
- Identify which artwork files belong to each piece.
- Separate replacement graphics from complete hardware kits.
- Confirm bases, connectors, carry bags and other accessories.
Plan approval and arrival
Name one person to approve the complete artwork set. Check that updated dates and contact information appear consistently across every file. Ask for confirmed production and delivery details for the actual destination, allowing time in your own schedule to inspect and practice assembling the display.
