Tell us how the finished product worked for your project. Specific feedback about print clarity, material, fit and installation is more useful than a rating alone.
Describe your experience
Identify the product and explain where and how it was used. Note which parts met your expectations and what could be improved. For an issue with an existing order, include the order reference and the resolution you are requesting.
Share useful photos
If photos would help explain the feedback, mention that you have them and ask for the appropriate way to send them. Avoid sharing images that reveal private information or people who have not agreed to be included.
Keep feedback accurate
Describe your own experience and distinguish the product from delivery or venue conditions. For help resolving a problem, describe what happened and what outcome you are seeking.
Include in your request
- Product and order reference
- A short description of how the product was used
- What worked well or needs attention
- Whether you want follow-up about an issue
